If your order was placed before 14th July, it is planned for shipping weeks commencing 17th & 24th.

We are now moving onto frost tender seedlings depending on the cultivar and your climate it may need protection from frost. These new listings are planned for shipping throughout September.

Please note - 

All seedlings are sold as advance orders and are grown specifically for our customers. While we take every care to produce healthy, high-quality plants, seedlings are living products and, on rare occasions, may fail to thrive or become unsuitable for sale.

If we are unable to supply a variety you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a similar cultivar as a substitute or if no suitable alternative is available, we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

We appreciate your understanding that, despite our best efforts, occasional crop failures are an unavoidable part of growing live plants.
