Please note -

All seedlings are sold as advance orders and are grown specifically for our customers. While we take every care to produce healthy, high-quality plants, seedlings are living products and, on rare occasions, may fail to thrive or become unsuitable for sale.

If we are unable to supply a variety you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a similar cultivar as a substitute or if no suitable alternative is available, otherwise we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

We appreciate your understanding that, despite our best efforts, occasional crop failures are an unavoidable part of growing live plants.
