Because every variety grows at its own pace, shipping will be staggered depending on when orders can be filled completely. All seedlings are sold as advance orders and are grown specifically for our customers. While we take every care to produce healthy, high-quality plants, seedlings are living products and, on rare occasions, may fail to thrive or become unsuitable for sale.

If we are unable to supply a variety you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a similar cultivar as a substitute or if no suitable alternative is available, we will provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
