When can I expect delivery?All orders are placed in advance of the plants growing and being available for shipping. Generally preordering starts three months in advance of shipping, sometimes five months, depending on the cultivar. Please read product description for shipping times and use Categories for shipping month. It can be confusing, please reach out if unsure.🌸🌱

Can I order a full tray?A full tray is 144 or 288 plants of one cultivar and one colour. Thats a lot of plants! If you are wanting larger quantities please reach out and we can come up with a plan. Noting I cannot ship a full tray as the come and they need to be broken down and repackaged for safe and protected shipping.

Do you grow the plugs you sell?The majority of plugs Grow It Australia sells are hard to start from seed and therefore are left to the professionals. Ball Australia are wholesalers and their processes ensure seedlings are grown stress free. They are robust and bursting to grow. We do grow from cuttings and this is expanding, currently Chrysanthemums are grown on site. Some carnations and Veronica are planned too!

Can you ship to quarantine states?Unfortunately no, we cannot ship to Tasmania, Western Australia or NT. This is a plan for the future and a possibility as the business grows. It is still a couple of years away though. STAY TUNED!
